EXCITING NEWS: In 2026 I will launch the NARRATIVE SPACE IN COMICS AND GRAPHIC NOVELS basic research project, funded by the Czech Science Foundation (GAČR). I just found out that the ‘Standard Project’ grant was approved and I am looking forward to getting started! I am so grateful that the Czech Science Foundation declared that this research is worth funding, and grateful for all who support Comics Studies in the Czech Republic!
